DESCRIPTION:Food\, Fun and Flamenco!! \nThe Big Night ~ Spain \nCome join us for an incredible evening of Spanish cuisine and spicy Flamenco performances!! This very special event will include authentic Spanish cuisine prepared by Chef Bill\, from Mosaic Catering\, along with intimate live performances by Flamenco guitarist Andre Feriante & dancer/artist Deseo Carmin. \nUpon arrival at Miller’s\, you will receive an amuse bouche\, a complimentary glass of cava\, along with your Spanish name for the evening! Then\, on to enjoy a variety of Spanish tapas while being treated to incredible world-class performances by Andre and Deseo. This is a “cocktail-style” party with bistro tables and casual seating areas. \nNext comes the dinner presentation: Traditional seafood and chorizo paella prepared on-site in our 3’ steel pans\, served with a wild arugula and fresh orange salad.  A vegetarian paella option will also be offered. \nThe evening will wrap up with churros\, chocolate\, cheese and homemade desserts…and don’t forget the Sherry and Port!  A curated selection of Spanish wines and Sangria will also be available for purchase throughout the evening at our bar.  Come immerse yourself in Spain’s lively and flavorful culture.  Tickets are limited to 30 guests. *Your ticket includes your welcome cocktail\, entertainment\, 4 courses\, tax and gratuity. Cash bar available.
