Her vocal mastery and presence as a performer make for a playful and moving display that pays homage to acts like Dusty Springfield\, Whitney Houston\, Janelle Monae\, and Solange. At times heartfelt and reserved\, at times powerful and hard-hitting\, Annie J’s sparkling voice and colorful style are uniquely hers. \nTalk Soon is a collaborative project led by Nick Foster (Nick Foster Band)\, that revolves around writing/recording retreats and the spark of new creative relationships between artists in the music community. Collaborators include the likes of Jacob Navarro (Danny Barnes\, Secret Sisters)\, Skyler Mehal (Shaina Shepherd\, Byland)\, Annie J (Annie J\, Seattle Rock Orchestra)\, Bradley Laina (Vaudeville Etiquette\, Barrett Martin)\, Emily Westman (Sisters\, Deep Sea Diver)\, David Salonen (Kate Dinsmore\, General Mojo’s)\, Matthew Rieger (Lil’ Smokies)\, Luke Dumke (Midnight High\, Old Coast)\, Dan Tyack (Saint Ophelia)\, and Owen Thayer (Kate Dinsmore). Shows are a revolving line up of past and future-planned collaborators\, and guests. \n*Tickets are nonrefundable\, unless show is cancelled\, or rescheduled.  If you cannot attend a show\, tickets can be transferred from purchaser to another individual\, or individuals. Tickets purchased for a specific event cannot be transferred to a different event. \nBeer\, wine\, and non-alcoholic beverages available.  Food can be brought in from area restaurants.  No outside drinks please. \nAll ages.
