Fretland with Joe Day
$ 20.00
73 available

Hillary Grace Fretland, who releases music simply under her last name as a moniker, has previously released two full-length albums: Fretland in 2020, and Could Have Loved You in 2021.

Fretland’s recent move to Nashville, as well as some major life shifts, have encouraged a new batch of songs that show she is not afraid to lean into the trials and letdowns of her past. Through it, she is finding herself in a place of resolve… and even stumbling upon peace. Although her poignant, reflective songs are written as love letters to the person she was, is, and is becoming—they are also resonant invitations to anyone willing to dive within and do the work.

Joe Day is a Seattle-based singer-songwriter writing songs about faith, doubt, and what it means to be human.

His music traces a story most of us know: the disorienting experience of living in a world we can’t control, watching institutions we trusted bend toward power, and still — somehow — finding meaning and connection in the wreckage. His album Halflight speaks directly to the spiritually displaced, offering honest lament alongside the stubborn possibility of hope. Through haunting melodies and unflinching lyrics, Joe makes space for the broken, the searching, and anyone who refuses to settle for easy answers.
